Project management and commissioning of a BACnet™ interface between the Andover Controls building automation system and the three Trane chillers. The project also included conversion of the condenser cooling water pumps to operate under variable speed drive control, and optimisation of the chiller performance. |

Project engineering and commissioning of an Andover Controls native BACnet™ building automation system for the new Australian Quarantine Inspection Service facility located adjacent to the international airport. The two level facility operates with seven AHU systems (three of which are variable volume), seven FCUs and one air cooled chiller. |
