  • Exhaust systems,
  • Theatre suite pressurisation/flow gradient.

Building ND35 - School of Medicine
Engineering, programming and commissioning of an Andover Controls native BACnet™ building automation system to control the HVAC services.
The system includes a BACnet™ connection to multiple Daikin systems which allows for an overall energy management strategy to be implemented.
Dec 2004 Exel Australia
New office, warehouse and distribution centre.
Commissioning, testing and balancing of office and warehouse HVAC systems.
Nov 2004 Rockingham Hospital
BACnet™ interface between Andover Controls and Trane chiller sets.
Project management and commissioning of a BACnet™ interface between the Andover Controls building automation system and the three Trane chillers.
The project also included conversion of the condenser cooling water pumps to operate under variable speed drive control, and optimisation of the chiller performance.

Laboratories and Clean Rooms
Complete commissioning, testing and balancing of the new laboratory/clean room facility within the AQIS facility, as well as engineering, programming and commissioning of an extension to the Andover Controls building automation system which had recently been commissioned.

Native BACnet™ Andover Controls building automation system
Project engineering and commissioning of an Andover Controls native BACnet™ building automation system for the new Australian Quarantine Inspection Service facility located adjacent to the international airport.
The two level facility operates with seven AHU systems (three of which are variable volume), seven FCUs and one air cooled chiller.
