Another commissioning success...
Located in Midland, the building has been constructed adjacent to the existing communications building and utilises a common central chilled water plant which was expanded as part of the contract.
One of the greatest challenges was ensuring continuity of chilled water supply to the critical communications building, which operates 24x7x365, however the team at cortec, in conjunction with the mechanical and controls contractors were able to provide a near bumpless transition.
